Experimental study on lowering oleic acid value and peroxide value of camellia sinensis by scraping film molecular distillation

Camellia oil is a kind of natural product with high added value. In the process production, processing, and transportation, acidic substances peroxides that reduce quality are produced. this paper, it was refined by scraping membrane molecular distillation device. The factors affecting results were analyzed studied through single factor experiment orthogonal experiment. On surface experiment, optimal parameters as follows: temperature 190℃, pressure 1 Pa, speed 300r/min, feed amount 900g/h. Under condition, acid value in camellia decreased from 2.67mgKOH/g to 0.19mgKOH/g, free fatty removal rate 92.88%. peroxide 16.78mmol/kg 1.03mmol/kg, 93.86%. experimental showed equipment could meet national standard under appropriate technological parameters, there no solvent residue, which safe physical purification process.
